Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Ray's Therapy, I aim to provide a fair and transparent approach to payments and refunds. Please read the following carefully:

Fees are agreed in advance and payable by following payment methods, Stripe, bank transfer, or cash].
Payment is due 24hours before each session.

24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged and any advance payment will be refunded or credited towards a future session.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued.
In the event that I need to cancel, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds for Pre‑Paid Sessions

If you have purchased a block of sessions in advance, unused sessions may be refunded if you decide to discontinue therapy.
Refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions used, with the remaining balance returned.

Refunds are not available once a session has been completed.
Refunds may take up to 5–28 working days to process, depending on your payment method.
